Under new ownership since June the Bistro has enjoyed a good reputation and one which Jean Marc and his new team (with your help) will endeavour to improve upon.
Our lunch menu is purposefully simple designed specifically for people who would like a light snack - be it a crisp summer salad of tuna and free-range egg or a fresh mozzarella, plum tomato and basil baguette or try the more substantial 2 course lunch for £10.95.
However, for those looking for something a little more substantial the daily specials offer a more filling choice using seasonal, and often local ingredients.
Dinner at Brookleys is slightly more formal but nevertheless relaxed and the menu maintains it’s simplicity but with more combinations of local, seasonal and where possible organic produce. Scottish salmon smoked at the fjordling smokery in Wiltshire, organic cheese from Win Green in Dorset.
We would be happy to cater for any dietary requirements and offer a good selection of vegetarian choices.
