Recently fully refurbished, The White Swan serves a fine selection of local beers and ales and a full menu in addition to our hugely successful and popular Carvery ~ just ask the locals!
We are also delighted to offer the famous New Forest breakfast, which will set any traveller up for the day ~ and in recognition of our support in using as many local ingredients wherever possible, we are proud to have been awarded The New Forest Marque.
As well as serving delicious food and beer, The White Swan holds three AA stars for our well equipped and comfortable accommodation, all of which is en-suite.

We have ample off road parking, and a large indoor and outdoor seating area, with a childrens' play area. Little ones are more than welcome, and we have a childrens' menu, and high chairs available.
It's picture postcard setting means this delightful pub overlooks the picturesque Swan Green, with thatched cottages, and the local Cricket Pitch, where you still hear the sound of leather on ash on warm Summer days...(if the New Forest ponies aren't using it).
The White Swan dates from 1731, and was originally a Coaching Inn with a Blacksmith's forge. It has a long and varied history, including a brief period when it led a double life as a petrol station.
In January 2006, a fire destroyed more than half the building. We rebuilt, and reopened in October of the same year, and once again will be delighted to welcome you to The White Swan, The Heart of the New Forest.
