We are located some six miles north-west of Lyndhurst and ideally situated to enjoy the delights of the beautiful New Forest.
All of our en-suite guest accommodation is located on the ground floor, each room has its own separate entrance and is situated away from the owner's property to provide complete privacy during your stay.

Each guest suite has a comfortable memory foam or sprung mattress with a separate en-suite shower room and a refreshment tray. Our prices reflect the room facilities and location. The Patio has a double bed, the Forge a king size and the Garden a superkingsize with its own private patio and garden area.
