Welcome to Amber Cottage Bed and Breakfast in Lymington in the New Forest!
Amber Cottage B and B is an 1890's Edwardian semi detached home in a semi rural location, overlooking Pennington Common, a mile from Lymington Market town in the New Forest National Park.
Anne and Alex welcome our guests to relax and enjoy our hospitality and friendly atmosphere at our home. Why not experience the delights of Amber Cottage B&B with its lovely furnishings and cosy surrounds?
We have two extremely comfortable & charming double bedrooms, one with a King-size bedstead and a lovely view across the common.
Coffee and tea-making facilities are available in each room.
Our sitting room is open for the use of our guests with open fire, comfortable furnishings and Sky TV. Tea/ coffee can be served to you here if you prefer.
Delicious breakfast - either full English or my healthy option, your choice.
We can accommodate vegetarians - just let me know in advance.
Amber Cottage B and B is a non-smoking house, but guests may smoke in the garden. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets as we have two resident cats, Tim and Obe.
Breakfast is served in the dining area and on warm sunny days outside on the patio area.
We offer fruit juice, cereal and full English breakfast or my healthy option.

On your arrival you will be offered tea/coffee and homemade baby blueberry muffins.
