A pretty Victorian house set on the banks of a stream where forest ponies gather to drink. The House on The Ford has two double en-suite rooms and one twin room, all with television and tea and coffee making facilities. The location is very quiet and, we are told by our guests, the house very relaxing.

Served in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Choose from Full English, Vegetarian, French Toast with Maple Syrup - or a fresh fruit plate with yoghurt. Accompanied by a bottomless pot of freshly-brewed coffee or tea, and homemade jams and marmalades.
