Established as a B+B in 2005 the house has been extended to offer en suite shower rooms to all bedrooms. Tea and Coffee making facilities plus hair dryers and local information is available in all rooms plus free Internet access to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
Rooms can be used as single, twin, double or family room.
Brockenhurst offers a selection of very good pubs and restaurants, including Indian, Chinese, fish & chips, gourmet and traditional foods.
For the energetic the cycle hire shop is just across the road with direct access to the open forest. We can also help to arrange riding and boating activities.
We offer a traditional cream tea to guests at 4pm each day. those who arrive by train and use local transport or cycle during their holiday have a free tea.
