This 16th century Mill House is situated on the edge of Beaulieu village
and immediately on the tidal river with wonderful downstream and upstream
views. It is a comfortable friendly house, full of character and we enjoy
sharing this with our visitors. Everyone is made welcome. The house has a
small jetty overlooking the river where you can feed the ducks, admire the
seagulls and possibly see a kingfisher. Herons and cormorants fish here and
you can spot the mullet and sea trout in the water.

Sunday to Thursday:- from £35 pppn for 2 people sharing. Single occupancy from £45 pppn
Friday & Saturday :- from £40 pppn for 2 people sharing. Single occupancy from £65 pppn
